John Cooksey – Managing Director

John Cooksey has over 15 years experience as a director in senior corporate divisions in Australia, South East Asia, the Middle East & South Africa. His focus during that time was on human resources, organisational change and consulting roles that have provided strategic and tactical leadership to sales, operations and marketing teams.

He currently works with clients to develop performance excellence by timely motivation, ongoing development and consulting on organisational change and employee performance.

A registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Australia Institute of Training and Development, Australian Psychological Society, John is also a board member of the International Society for Performance Improvement. John has completed Counselling and Applied Performance Psychology modules at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. He lectures and delivers training for the Australian College of Applied Psychology in the areas of Strategic Management and Human Resource Planning, Performance Psychology, Sports Counselling and the Psychology of Injury.
