PerformanceHR is committed to protecting the privacy of the information that you give to us. The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001 applies to most private sector organizations as at 21 December 2001. In accordance with this legislation, the purpose of this statement is to explain how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
Our policy regarding privacy will be reviewed at times on account of new laws, changes to our operations and practices, and the changing environment.

Access
Subject to some exceptions that are set out in the National Privacy Principles,
you can gain access to the personal information that we hold about you. We do
refuse access if it would interfere with the privacy rights of other persons or
if it breach any confidentiality that attaches to that information. If you wish
to obtain access to your personal information you should contact our Privacy
Co-ordinator. You will need to be in a position to verify your identity.

If we are unable to agree that personal or sensitive information that we hold about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date, you may ask us to place with the information a statement by you that claims that particular information is not accurate, complete and up-to-date.
